Opening a bank account should take no longer than 5 minutes—do you agree? So do we! That’s why our onboarding team does everything they can behind the scenes to make the ride as smooth as possible. Does this sound like something you’d thoroughly enjoy? Then we’re looking for you!

For you, the devil is in the detail! You love completely focussing on a task and thinking of the most efficient way to handle it. Making sure our users get their accounts in a few minutes, while you won’t neglect the smallest oddity. 


As our Onboarding Specialist you’ll join the Guides team to help our users set up their account. You make sure their ride is an epic first experience and guide them along the way if they need any help. Besides all regulatory checks you’ll help with structural improvements, be it in training, product improvements or the way we communicate. 


You will join a team of over 80 passionate bunqers who’ve come from all over the world (13 nationalities and counting) to build something amazing together. Waking up with brilliant ideas and going to bed knowing that you’ve made them happen. That’s working at bunq.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Smart and great eye for detail
  • Fluency in English and any other language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You love tech, processes and structure
  • Flexibility, you don’t mind working weekends or evenings
