Do you remember the time that you were amazed by a conversation with a company? When was that? At bunq we want to give that to our users every single day. Do you have a clear vision of great users experience? Then we’re looking for you!


You have a sixth sense for innovation and know what users want. In your spare time you use Netflix, Uber and Spotify, and also love the way they communicate with the world and their users. You are ballsy and come up with unique creative solutions where you really make a difference. Here’s your chance to give it a go!

As our Support Guru you rock the world of our users together with our Guides team. Users can chat with us directly and you will do everything to help them out and are always at their service. You are excellent with words and with your magic you turn every user into a bunq fan. Besides user contact you are also helping us out with structural improvements in our platform, app and the way we communicate. All because you never settle for anything less than perfection.  


You will join a team of over 80 passionate bunqers who’ve come from all over the world (13 nationalities and counting) to build something amazing together. Waking up with brilliant ideas and going to bed knowing that you’ve made them happen. That’s working at bunq.

• Bachelor degree. 

• Smart and huge feeling of empathy. 

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
